CVEC is excited to announce that the New Account Portal went live in December 2021. 

Members will enjoy all of the features below, along with:

  • A new, streamlined design for easier navigation and readability
  • Enhanced security to better protect member information
  • Optimization for easy access and viewing using any mobile device
  • "Quick Pay" option to make a payment without logging into an account

Members will notice the new layout, but should experience a seamless transition with all login information remaining the same. Welcome to our secure online portal for Cooperative members. Once enrolled, you will be able to:

  • View your current and previous bills
  • View your payment history
  • View your daily/monthly energy usage and
    compare it to fluctuations in the weather
  • Enter a service request or report an outage
  • Update your contact information
  • Sign up for paperless billing
  • Sign up for account text notifications

Sign up using your CVEC account number found on your bill and remember to keep your username and password handy.

Once enrolled you will have access to your CVEC account information including the itemized charges on your current and previous bill.
